The Staff and Instructor were warm and welcoming and so was the environment. The class was well equipped with necessary tools for the training but most impressive was the instructor, Ms. Chunav. Ms. Chunav has a vast knowledge and could relate the HR Course to my company's area of speciality which is the marketing of LPG. She knew the right terminologies to use and understood the requirements of the process in the Gas Business and how we can incorporate an effective Human Resource Management Plan into the system. This made learning in Visible Stars easy and interesting. She patiently and intelligently taught and listened to us not to forget how wonderfully polite she was. She has a fantastic sense of humour and this made learning more relaxing. I am glad I came and looking forward to introducing new and improving upon the existing human resources functions in my organisation especially in the areas Recruitment, Training & Development, Payroll and Performance Evaluation. So may not so important but I would recommend you make provision for light meals in between or lunch so trainees do not have to go out to look for meal and walk back to class to continue classes. The cost of this should be added to the training fees. It is just more comfortable and eliminates time wasting outside and the rush back to class.
