4. Formatting: Use bullet points and numbered lists to break up long paragraphs and make your content easier to read.


5. Images: Include relevant images to support your content. Images should be high quality and in JPG or PNG format.


6. Language: Articles should be written in English and free of grammatical errors.


7. Key Takeaways: Include key takeaways to keep readers interested


8. Citation: If you are referencing any external sources, please provide proper citation.


9. Internal Links: Up to 2, no-follow links are allowed and you may include at least ONE link to a relevant blog of Visible Stars.

How to Submit (and What Happens Next)?

Email us your submission to info@vs.sa. We prefer submissions as Google documents so that editors can easily provide feedback and guidance directly within your draft.

Here’s what happens after you hit Send:

1. An editor will review your submission and determine whether it’s a potential fit. This happens once a week.


2. The editor will get back to you with notes. (We rarely accept an article the first time around, but we’ll tell you if we’re interested.)


3. Once you’ve addressed our comments, send your revised draft back. The team will discuss it again and let you know if we want to accept it.


4. If we accept your article, an editor will work closely with you on things like organisation, argumentation, and style.


5. We’ll schedule you for publication as soon as revisions are complete. We can’t give you a specific publication date until the article is almost ready to go live.
